54FCT574TDB Overview

The flip flop is packaged in CDIP. Currently, there are 20 terminations. The D flip flop is powered by a voltage of 5V . Devices in the FCTfamily are electronic devices. A D flip flop with 2embedded ports is available. If high efficiency is desired, the supply voltage should be kept at 5V. In terms of quiescent current, it consumes 10?A . Additionally, you may refer to the D latch's additional BROADSIDE VERSION OF 374. -12mA is set as the high level output current. In the low level output current setting, 32mAis used. It is recommended that the operating temperature be below 125°C. Ideally, the operating temperature should be higher than -55°C. A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V is required for these RS flip flops to operate. In this case, it supports a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. It uses a logic IC with a BUS DRIVER value. A total of 1 functions are available on the T flip flop. There are 20 pins on the D latch.
