54FCT374CTDB Overview


The flip flop is packaged in CDIP. Currently, there are 20 terminations. The D flip flop is powered by a voltage of 5V . Devices in the FCTfamily are electronic devices. A part of the electronic system is mounted in the way of Through Hole. This board is designed with 20pins on it. This device has Positive Edgeas its clock edge trigger type. There is a base part number FF/Latchesfor the RS flip flops. An electronic part designed with 8bits is used in this application. As a result of its reliable performance, this T flip flop is suitable for TUBE. It runs on 5Vvolts of power. A D flip flop with 2embedded ports is available. If high efficiency is desired, the supply voltage should be kept at 5V. In terms of quiescent current, it consumes 10?A . -12mA is set as the high level output current. In the low level output current setting, 32mAis used. It is recommended that the operating temperature be below 125°C. Ideally, the operating temperature should be higher than -55°C. A minimum supply voltage of 4.5V is required for these RS flip flops to operate. In this case, it supports a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. It uses a logic IC with a BUS DRIVER value. A total of 1 functions are available on the T flip flop. There are 20 pins on the D latch.
