54FCT240TDB Overview

As low as -55°C is not a problem for it to operate. An ambient temperature of no more than 125°C should be used. The low-level output mode outputs 12mA. It is possible that the electronic part may conduct -12mA current in high-level output mode. It is strongly recommended that you use at least a voltage of 4.5V when operating this buffer. There is a maximum supply voltage rating of 5.5V. The BUS DRIVER logic bus transceiver is known as such. The amount of data required to make 8 outputs is sufficient. Voltage buffers using ENABLE LOW control start up automatically.
