Adafruit Industries Electroluminescent 546 Starter Pack is the perfect way to get started with EL wire projects. This starter pack includes 2.5 meters of white EL wire, a battery pack, and an inverter. The EL wire is made of a thin copper wire coated in phosphor, which glows a bright white when an alternating current is applied. The battery pack runs on two AA batteries and can power up to 10 meters of EL wire. The inverter is a small, lightweight device that converts the battery's DC current into an AC current that powers the EL wire. With this starter pack, you can create stunning light displays and decorations for any occasion.
