SI5310-BM Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 2.5V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 668MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.375V~2.625V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
